PRE-MATCH PRESS CONFERENCE KUBWA FOOTBALL LEAGUE 2026/2027 SEASON SPORTING FA vs CHONA & FRIENDS FC 1. Coach Sunday, last season was your first season in the Kubwa Football League. How would you describe the experience? Last season was not easy at all. Imagine coming into a league with a team that was barely two months old, while also working with a squad that had previously played in the league. It was difficult, but it was a valuable experience for us. 2. What are you expecting from Sporting FA in your match against Chona & Friends FC? I’m expecting a good result from my team. We have prepared ourselves well, and we are ready for the challenge. 3. What is your target for Sporting FA this season? My target is the trophy. That is the dream, and that is what we are working towards. 4. How has the team prepared for the new season? We have prepared enough. The players understand what is expected of them, and we are ready to compete. 5. Do you have any injury or availability concerns ahead of the match? Yes, some of the boys are injured and some are sick, but it doesn’t change anything. At Sporting FA, we don’t have “best players.” Everyone is equal in the team, and the players respect each other. Whoever gets the opportunity will give their best. 6. Which players should fans watch out for this season? Fans should watch the game, not individual players. The league itself is the beauty of football, and that beauty is what will keep the fans coming to the stadium. 7. What can fans expect from Sporting FA this season? The fans should expect surprises from Sporting FA. Expect to see what your eyes want to see. We are ready to give them something to enjoy.
