KUBWA FOOTBALL LEAGUE 2025/2026 POST-MATCH PRESS CONFERENCE Coach Prince — Bonez FC DLK World Best FC 0–0 Bonez FC 1. Coach Prince, what is your assessment of the 0–0 draw against DLK World Best FC? It was an intense and competitive game against a well-organised and disciplined side. We created opportunities, but unfortunately, the breakthrough didn’t come. 2. DLK are newly promoted, but they showed they can compete at this level. Did their performance surprise you? They showed that they belong at this level. Their defensive shape and organisation made it difficult for us to find space and create clear chances. 3. Your team created opportunities but couldn’t find the breakthrough. What was missing in the final third? We lacked the final pass and composure needed to turn some of our opportunities into goals. That is something we must improve going forward. 4. How satisfied are you with your defensive performance? I’m pleased with the clean sheet. The players stayed disciplined and worked hard defensively throughout the game, and that is something we can take positively. 5. Was there anything you would have changed tactically during the match? We tried to adjust as the game progressed by using different attacking player profiles, but DLK defended very compactly. Sometimes you have to recognise the opponent’s organisation and manage the game accordingly. 6. What positives will you take from earning a point away from home? A clean sheet and a point away from home are positives. We remain focused on building consistency and improving with every game. 7. What should we expect from Bonez FC in the next match? Expect a more determined Bonez FC. We will work on our finishing, learn from this game and prepare properly for the next challenge.
