POST-MATCH PRESS CONFERENCE
DIAMOND STAR SPORTING FC 1–1 KUNBIAN FC
COACH DANIEL’S RESPONSES
1. Tipngoal: what can you say about the points dropper despite remaining unbeaten away from home?
Coach Daniel: Of course, I wasn’t satisfied with the game. We could have taken all three points, but in football, you have to expect anything. Regardless of how I feel about the result, we are focused on the next game.”
2. Tipngoal: Chimanpka scored the equaliser. How did the goal impact the team's morale?
Coach Daniel: His equaliser was a great boost to the team's morale. I’m glad we didn’t lose the game, but I’m not happy that we didn’t win it.”
3. TipNGoal: is there any chance the previous postponement affected the team’s preparation?
Coach Daniel: No, it didn’t affect the team in any way. We were simply eager to play, and we’re also glad the weather was merciful today.”
4. TipNGoal: What are the things Kunbian must improve on to turn draws into victories?
Coach Daniel: We are looking on improving our mentality and our conversion in the final third. We want to make our attack more lethal. We are a young team in the league, and we will continue to grow and become better.”
5. TipNGoal: what is the importance of the upcoming derby against Chona & Friends FC?
Coach Daniel: Derbies are always a delight, with very high passion on display. It is important for us to come out on top in front of our supporters. Recording our first win at home would be a huge mental boost for the team.”
6. TipNGoal: Would you be scouting Chona & Friends FC before the derby?
Coach Daniel: Yes, I will be present, both as a fan and as an adversary. What you learn about your opponent becomes a tool for victory, and that remains our aim.”
7. Tipngoal: Do you think Chona’s difficult start gives Kunbian an advantage?
Coach Daniel: As I always say, this is football, and things happen. However they started, it doesn’t change how good a team is are or how much quality they possess. Derbies are meant to be challenging. We are expecting a good fight, and so should they.”
8. TipNGoal: how prepared are the players mentally and tactically for the derby?
Coach Daniel: We are already preparing for the game. Every match since the commencement of the league has provided lessons for us to learn and apply moving forward. We keep working every day to build a more formidable team and develop an indomitable mentality.”
9. TipNGoal: What are the possible tactical changes for the next match?
Coach Daniel: As we go on, we evolve. I like to see myself as flexible, and that extends to the team. We will play in whatever style it takes to win, making adjustments to suit our opponents’ style of play.”
10. Tipngoal: what can you say is Kunbian FC’s biggest strength and weakness?
Coach Daniel: I would say our biggest strength is our fighting spirit and passion for the game. That is what drives us. Our weakness is imconsistency, and we are working on that every day.”
11. Tipngoal: what is your message to Kunbian FC supporters?
Coach Daniel: My message remains the same: come out and show your love for the team. Your support is always our fuel. We will do everything possible, and even what seems impossible, to secure victory.”
